Day Care Workers sentenced

Judge James McCormack sentenced the owner of Carousel Day School to probation for his role in the death of a toddler at his school. In March 2009, the toddler was given a raw carrot by a Carousel staff member. The child began to choke and efforts to revive her were unsuccessful. Carousel, it's owner, Gene Formica, and it's manager, Kathy Cordaro, were all charged with their involvement with the child's death. The criminal case has now concluded.
