Accident reconstruction expert

It is not uncommon for our attorneys to retain the services of an accident reconstruction expert in car accident personal injury cases. Recently were retained by the family of a woman seriously injured in a car crash. Unfortunately the client had no recollection of the accident. We immediately realized that this posed a significant obstacle in proving negligence on the part of other driver. We contacted and retained an expert who was able to determine that the other driver was speeding and thus our client had a valid case.
